It is only 100 m away from one of the most silent, beautiful and romantic beaches of the entire island. The plot has 1000 m² and it is situated in the greenest and most peaceful part of the island Pag, in the place called Sveta Marija (St. Mary), which counts only 13 houses. Sveta Marija is known for the most beautiful beaches of the island.
