Villa-Pag is a modern, luxury dalmatian house with sea view and private pool.

In April 2016 we are starting with the construction of a luxurious building with two modern homes. Each semi-detached house has its own swimming pool, two big balconies with sea view and it is only 100 m away from one of the most silent, beautiful and romantic beaches of the entire island. The plot has 1000 m² and it is situated in the greenest and most peaceful part of the island Pag, in the place called Sveta Marija (St. Mary), which counts only 13 houses. Sveta Marija is known for the most beautiful beaches of the island.

Villa-Pag is planned by our architects as an cascading modern dalmatian flat roof house with a garage on the ground floor. On the first floor there will be a modern bathroom and 4 bedrooms, partly with its own entrance and a large balcony with direct see view. On the second floor is the main entrance to the house with a big terrace, outdoor fireplace and swimming pool, as well as a big green garden. The second floor of the house consists of another modern bathroom, and an open and spacious kitchen with dining room, a fireplace and a 30m² large balconies with direct and beautiful sea view.

The building plot and the surrounding area

The Plot is located in Sveta Marija (St. Mary) on the island Pag and is 6 km away from the old town Pag. The total size of the building plot is ca. 1000 m² and from the coast and nearest beach is ca. 100m away. Behind the plot rises the mountain Sveti Vid (St. Vid) that offers complete privacy and a quiet holiday. And for those who are looking for party, 6 km away to the other side of the island, you can find the most famous party beach Zrće, which is after Ibiza the second biggest party area on the mediterranean sea.
